RightPaw is a small Aussie start-up connecting potential puppy families with verified dog breeders, and supporting them through the process of buying their new pup.
Our product vision is to create a digital ecosystem to find, buy, and manage your pet.

We are looking for the best of the best early stage team members who would like to make an impact on animal welfare by building an exceptional product that breeders and puppy buyers love to use - including puppy offers and payments and enhancements to our breeder CRM. What it’s really like working at RightPaw
We’re a small but fun, close-knit team so there’s no room for politics and old-fashioned hierarchy. We work autonomously and are self-sufficient.
We like to start our day with a watercooler topic and banter, then look at core business metrics and addressing any blockers in the team at our daily standup. Kudos and sharing of wins happen on a daily basis and every Friday, we have our Town Hall where recognition and shout outs are given out to the team.
We like to be upfront, and are constantly adapting and evolving in the way we work, which is why we expect our team members to be vocal on how we can improve. We pride ourselves in giving the team freedom to shape the future of the technology, product, culture and business.
